This seminar aims to introduce the basic definitions and concepts of log geometry, with log curves being of special interest, and use this theory to give a modular description of log blowups of the moduli space of curves. If you are interested in giving a talk related to this subject in this seminar, please contact Pim.
The seminar will be held on Wednesdays, from 14:00 to 15:00. The first installment will be on the 30th of September. Please contact Pim to be added to the mailing list. This seminar will be online; a zoom link will be sent to everyone on the mailing list.
